I had some consulting work on the first Tuesday night that required me to work a nightshift on site. As well as costing me sleep it also meant I had to cut into my plans for Tuesday and Wednesday and was still upsetting things into the weekend. That feels like months ago as the new lockdown is dragging and time seems to be at a stand still.
Building work on my extension is going slower than I had hoped, but at least things are now going in the right direction, namely upwards. After nearly a fortnight of digging, the foundations are finally in and the first blockwork has been laid.
Pools are still closed so nothing in the swim numbers.
I am getting plenty of time on the turbo and adding in a ride on the mountain bike every weekend.
I am still on my silly continuous running streak. I have cut the distance of some of those runs down slightly as I try to get just enough miles for January. Anything I do over 170 miles I would then have to do that and 10 more in February. I took a header on Saturday which resulted in a badly cut hand and a sprained thumb. Hopefully that will only be an issue for a couple of days as it is stopping me from doing yoga or weights sessions.
